Frequently Asked Questions

🏠 For Property Owners / Landlords

Q: What does Ibn Hamed Holdings do exactly?
A: We’re a corporate leasing company based in Ohio, providing fully furnished, short- to mid-term housing for travel nurses, doctors, patients, and other professionals. We lease directly from property owners like you and then rent to our vetted tenants.

Q: How is this different from a property management company?
A: We don’t manage your property—we lease it. That means we become your tenant, and we’re responsible for keeping it in pristine, “for-sale” condition at all times.

Q: Do you guarantee monthly rent payments?
A: Yes. We pay rent on time, every month—no late payments, no hassle.

Q: What kind of maintenance do you handle?
A: We cover all minor maintenance (usually anything under a few hundred dollars), schedule weekly deep cleanings, and make sure the property stays show-ready at all times.

Q: How long are your leases?
A: We’re flexible! We typically sign leases from 12–24 months, but we’re happy to work with shorter or longer terms depending on your goals.

Q: What kind of tenants will be staying in my property?
A: Our clients are responsible professionals—mainly travel nurses, corporate employees, and patients receiving care. We screen all guests thoroughly.

Q: How much do we charge for our services?

A: You pay us absolutely nothing. We actually pay you by paying the agreed upon lease. We make our money by renting out the unit to travel professionals.
